that sounds right. I got the redwood kush from a friend in arcata who always had excellent genetics. I think he mentioned it was a master kush hybrid. That was some really nice bud.
At the time he was running some kind of organic hydro method and making his own liquid nutrients by fermenting unsold fish that he got from several local fishing companies. It sounded like a ton of labor went into it, but that garden produced some of the best quality bud I’ve ever had.
Now he’s working in the legal cannabis industry at one of the largest solvent free concentrate companies.

Makes me want to pop the nirvana seeds master kush and positronics Gordon master kush beans I’m sitting on but I realy want to grow out the Kona and Kandahar beans first. So many good strains and so little time smh

The watermelon kush cannarado uses (karma too) is a hybrid made with the beans I have here or a pheno there of
It was first made in 02 then the latest iteration I have is 09’
Pretty much every hype watermelon thing in today’s market came from these seeds
Watermelon zkittlez is a Adonai hyrbid crossed to skittles so it wasn’t even straight Adonai to Z
they haven’t had any straight Adonai for whatever reason for quite a while
That’s why I have these beans, so I can perform embryonic rescue
Only one way to find out! You might have just talked me into my next seed pop lol

Sounds like a good strain to cross to the watermelon hash plant if you could track her down , I think it was a Nepalese variety , Bodhi worked with it way back when.
Isent Russian kush just a different name for White Russian ? There was definitely White Russian being grow some of the og kush crew , along with Calio and a few others , all ditched for rooms full of og.

I just looked and I found about a hundred Russian kush x sweet tooth 4 x Russian kush from 06’ that I didn’t know I had as well
So it’s kinda like a 2/3 of the way done Adonai crossed back to the Russian
Should be pretty heavy kush with some candy
it was called Russian kush because as I’m sure your aware Russians had quite a heavy presence in the early OG scene.if I’m not mistaken the seed was found in some of the first kush shiloh massive (the homie who sent me these seeds) ever saw and the friend that showed it to him was Russian

it is a safe assumption given the time frame that White Russian was being grown tho no doubt
using the d limonene tek for extracting bark ruined orange strains for me forever lol
Now that’s all I smell 
He did send me some white gear from the mid 90’s tho too!

Yeah that’s the main reason I can’t say “every” watermelon strain out these days
there’s also a watermelon cut of an old subcool strain called astroboy that I’m grabbing as well to cross it too
If I had a wear house all this shit would already be ran
luckily the Russian kush is supposed to yield great so large hunts won’t be counter productive to a cash crop run

I know Adonai was made in 02 and the Russian made Adonai so it at least pre dayes 02
I’ll find out when it was actually popped tomorrow
