Use the iron to fold over the end. Then load that baby with 15 grams of wet hash! I’ll let it warm up so I can flatten it with my hand. I might use the vice? hmmm. Anyways, once it’ s squished kind of flat, I’ll warm up the press and go nuts! Don’t press frozen hash chunks. That’s a mistake.

Definitely! It’s got moisture in the hash for sure. Most will get crushed out in the first pass when I kiss the bag with the press. Some will be trapped in the rosin for a day or so. I’m just in the fuck around phase, but I think I can alter the flavor of the rosin extract by pressing it wet. Seems to get rid of most of the “chemical” and “fuel” terpenes. “SEEMS”! I’m just fucking around to gather observations. Then eventually, I’ll test it for real.
Pressing wet hash was just one of the random things I had done and it didn’t work so good. But, I think I’m better at it now.

Wild, man, but this is counter intuitive in my brain. how might this be good? Somewhat rapid water evaporation on the press during the process? Will there be blowouts? We don’t want that sizzle on the banger, what’s it potentially bringing to the table?

If there is an idea I’ve never seen tried, I’ll try it. It’s either the best idea ever, or the stupidest idea ever.
From previous attempts I found the flavor of the rosin actually changes with a wet press. So, I’ll toy with that idea for a bit. If there is any moisture trapped in the rosin this time it’s probably minimal. I leave it out to evaporate if there is any sizzle! We’re not talking dripping wet or something. That will rip the parchment, hahhah I tried it.

ok here’s the thing. All the fuel and chemical terps are in that final pressing. The clear one that’s kind of like glass and looks a tint green? I dabbed some of that and woah it was like gasoline! You think it’s possible to separate the terps with the press? hmm and what does it have to do with the moisture in there? Picture is still fuzzy I got to get myself into a terp stupor and contemplate visions. hah hah!

First pressing is where all the THC crystals reside.
Second pressing is mostly terpenes! Nutty!
When I say second pressing, I mean when I was done pressing it and I wanted to see what was left in the danger zone. The danger zone is when I’m scared that the pressure is going to rip the parchment and destroy the rosin bag.
