Sobre el sabor de la King Congo (Tropical Seeds Company) de esta temporada en La Perrera, lo cosechado entre el 9 al 20 de Octubre, sabe y huele, de mas a menos intenso, a maderas nobles, musgo/clorofila, especias, y un final a kiwi:

Sin embargo, en lo cosechado tras el 20 de Noviembre, el sabor y olor dominante, con mucho, es una mezcla muy intensa como de mandarina/zanahoria dulce/bayas rojas, tamizado con algo de maderas nobles y especias…:

Para mi, esta King Congo seria del tipo 4- Introspectivo/Creativo/Cerebral; efecto limpio y claro, estimulante cerebralmente, y ligeramente 2- Excitante físicamente hablando… Potencia Media-Alta.
